Rachel Costin
LPC, NCC
I began advocating for the importance of mental health from my teenage years. After receiving my bachelor degree, I spent a few years working in childcare on a military base. Seeing the variety of moves, life events, and stressors experienced by military children inspired me to focus on work with children in adjusting to changes that they don’t always make sense to them.
