The more knowledge we have about child development, the purpose of the child's behavior, the source of our triggers and the biology of emotion regulation, the greater confidence we have in our parenting. Stress reduction and self-compassion practices help parents create a greater sense of ease during hard times. Together, we develop a parenting approach that fits you and your child and your family dynamics.
