Professionally, I recently earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Central Florida. My clinical experience has included working with trauma, perinatal mental health, grief and loss, and anxiety. I'm especially passionate about Brainspotting, and I love helping people
discover their resilience, reconnect with their strengths, and feel emotionally lighter. I provide individual counseling for adults and adolescents. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I believe each person possesses inherent worth and the capacity for
growth, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered. My areas of clinical interest include trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, women's mental health, self-esteem, and performance enhancement for athletes and
other high performers.
