Why mental health:

I chose this field because no one is immune. We all struggle and
mental wellness is a team sport. I also love witnessing the work, watching someone
unburden themselves, rewriting their past, present and future.

Trauma; core beliefs and origins of self-doubt; boundaries and unhelpful pattern recognition; relationships and attachment; self-compassion; anxious and depressive states; self-awareness and insight development; military experiences; and life transitions.

Styles include:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Insight Oriented Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused, Integrative Mental Health, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and other physical/somatic practices, including Tapping/Emotional Freedom Technique, breathwork, and movement.

Works with:

Individuals, couples, groups and has done so in various settings, including; inpatient hospitals, jails, schools, rural villages, and military.
