I chose this field because no one is immune. We all struggle and
mental wellness is a team sport. I also love witnessing the work, watching someone
unburden themselves, rewriting their past, present and future.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Insight Oriented Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused, Integrative Mental Health, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and other physical/somatic practices, including Tapping/Emotional Freedom Technique, breathwork, and movement.
